- Making sure all heads of security offices are actively involved in the smooth functioningof the stores;- Increasing the quality of the security services and preventing and detecting loss as muchas possible;- Implementing prevention measures meant to discourage any actions affecting the company;- Constantly informing the upper management on all unusual aspects found and alwaystrying to find the best solutions to diminish deficiencies found;- Coordinating, implementing, monitoring and supervising the security plans of the stores;- Elaborating prevention methods as a result of the the Internal Audit Department conclusions;- Raising awareness among employees when it comes to the merchandise management;- Monitoring, controlling and evaluating the internal security systems, and dependingon whether their objectives have been achieved or not, I thoroughly analyze and proposeeither keeping them or cancelling their contracts;- Being actively involved in the hiring process of the security officers and also reviewingtheir overall evaluation throughout their work;

-Coordinating and evaluating the entire register process of the merchandise, taking intoconsideration both the internal procedures, as well as the applicable laws;-Conducting comprehensive investigations on the merchandise inventory whenever thisis required, but also when strong suspicions or data show up;-Building presentations with the risks involved, vulnerabilities or fraudulent cases found,as well as offering recommendations that emerged as a result of the investigations carriedout in the stores;- Verifying certain security and economical aspects,and reporting the results to the SecurityDivision Manager;- Evaluating and suggesting actions that could improve internal control systems as faras security is concerned;- Reviewing and analyzing all processes and activities within the stores, at the requestof the Security Division Manager;- Making sure that the company tools and resources are efficiently used;- Obtaining, preparing and analyzing the data from an early stage of the investigationsinitiated by the local security offices located in the stores;- Obtaining conclusive evidence and documenting the records regarding the investigationsinitiated under the guidance of the Security Division Manager;- Preparing and submitting reports to the Security Division Manager;- Gathering evidence and presenting recommendations with the goal of improving theinternal control systems;- Informing the Security Division Manager when procedures, internal controls of workpractices are not in accordance to the company policies;- Proposing adjustments to processes, procedures and instructions;- Actively contributing to the development and improvement of work related procedures,internal labor instructions, and general information flow within the company;- Implementing internal procedures( for instance the ones related to labor protection andpreventing fires) and also making sure all these are applied by the employees;

- Evaluating various operations and control systems within the stores in order to determinewhether the internal policies and procedures are followed accordingly, the legal requirementsand set standards are made aware of,and whether resources are used efficiently andscheduled tasks are fulfilled;- Inspecting and identifying company activities in order to determine the compliance withlaws, standards, regulations and internal policies/ procedures;- Obtaining, preparing and analyzing data in the pre-audit stage;- Handling audit evidence under the supervision of the Director of the Internal Audit Department;- Verifying the accuracy of notes;- Performing audit investigations under the supervision of the Manager of the InternalAudit Department;- Registering reviews that summarize the results of the audit investigations, making recommendationsand discussing about the validity of the comments;- Registering the final data as clear and concise as possible;- Preparing and submitting the final report to the Audit Manager;- Preparing documentation on the audit activity;- Gathering evidence and making recommendations in order to improve procedures;- Informing the Audit Manager when procedures, controls or practices are not in accordancewith the company policies or they fail offering the required controls or real data;- Being actively involved in the development/ improvement of procedures, labor instructionsand information flow;- Proposing adjustments and enhancements related to processes, reviews, procedures;- Centralizing progresses made on the commercial audit tasks and constantly updatingthe Audit Manager;
