Manage the design process thru its stages (Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction) achieving success in the coordination of all related disciplines like Architecture, Structural, Interior Design, MEP, IT, Landscape, Security and any other as required.Lead the Value Engineering exercises.Monitor compliance throughout project development and to verify that the contractual deliverables are achieved.Ensure that Design is compliant to the relevant Authorities and codes. Monitor and control that in during the design stages, the solutions provided achieve the LEED / Estidama target credits are consistent and in line with the project budget.Assist to the Planning Manager from the Design Management perspective to create a Project Program, identifying the milestones, risks and mitigation.Participate in Pre-construction Planning: Facilitate pre-construction planning to develop project goals and objectives; constructability analysis; staffing analysis; risk analysis and risk management planning; subcontractor selection guidelines; mobilization and logistics plan.Evaluate along the design process the achievement of the assigned budged and any potential deviation.Supervise during construction stage Shop Drawings and materials & finishes approvals. Participate in all other project meetings as a leader, facilitator, mediator or key contributor. Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
