The business was sold by BV Investments to Snow Phipps in June 2016 for a significant return. Arriving at BCI in 1991, he played an instrumental role that transformed the company into one of the premier business-to-business publishing companies in the U.S. In 1994, Mr. O’Shea, along with the management team and private equity holder, sold BCI to VNU.
