I have been an integral part of an engineering team responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving an advanced embedded system for building transportation technology. My work has covered the entire lifecycle of this innovative solution, from its inception to its current state as a leading product in the industry.Throughout the project, I contributed to the design and development of core algorithms and application software that form the foundation of the system. One key achievement was the transition from physical keypads to modern touch based user interfaces.As the importance of cybersecurity grew, I took responsibility for implementing and maintaining security best practices, addressing vulnerabilities, and supporting regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.I played a critical role in the adoption of Linux as the operating system, overseeing the migration and maintenance of the base system using Yocto.I also maintained the CI/CD infrastructure and was responsible for software release management, ensuring efficient development workflows and smooth delivery of updates and improvements. PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSES- Successful introduction of a destination call algorithm for elevators, which increased transportation capacity and flexibility for different types of buildings. - Successful development of the PORT Terminal component, a modern device with touchscreen device used to process transportation requests.- Development of an input/output based interface for third-party elevators, which was used to minimize to minimize the loss of transport capacity during a modernization of a group of elevators. - Implementation of new security standards and protocols to improve cyber security and cyber security and compliance with international regulations.- Successfully developed a software update concept, simplifying updates and reducing downtime. and reduced downtime
