Furthermore, I implemented various purchasing tools and optimized existing processes. I developed and implemented target-oriented strategies and controlled the cost development. Project management and cost development was also one of my main activities.

I further developed my know-how in the area of cost analyses by tapping cost drivers and developing sustainable cost transparency. I also planned various global workshops for the topic of cost optimization. I identified cost reduction potentials and evaluated cost structures by using cost break downs and benchmark bottom up calculations.
