I provided overall daily management of all open positions for YouCeleb. I was hands on and especially strong in the areas of Technical Recruitment Coordination.This includes: managing client relationships, driving the recruitment processes and the full lifecycle management of open positions including developing sourcing strategies, interviewing candidates, managing the candidate experience, extending offers and closing candidates, data management and all the related duties.Duties:• Managing the candidate experience for all positions to ensure optimal success.
