Responsible for leading a team of sales experts. Tasked with bookings and revenue growth of Flowserve's quarter turn valve and automation products in the Southeast. Creating 30% sales growth YOY in both distribution and end user sales in the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, and general industry markets.

Establish, cultivate and expand relationships with strategically important large customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and General Industry markets. Targeting sales growth, but also includes planning and managing the full relationship between Flowserve and our selected end user partnerships. Promote the entire range of Flowserve's valve products and services to selected customers, leading the customer facing experience and ensuring our customers’ needs and expectations are fulfilled. Engaged in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities that benefit both the customer and Flowserve.

Provide direct sales support for and coordinate the project activities of the numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms and Mechanical Contractors within North America. Also coordinate global activity for these firms to ensure that we are obtaining proper approvals, listings and project opportunities. Liaising with Flowserve's distribution network when they are involved in EPC opportunities and projects to provide the best commercial and technical support to end users.Coordinate project inquiries and help facilitate bill of material take offs and product descriptions to determine the best selection of products to provide the most technically suitable and commercially attractive proposal.

Oversee and direct all product management activities for the products in my assigned product portfolios, and associated accessories worldwide. Define and implement global strategies to drive increased profitability for those products within identified target markets. Responsible for translating those strategies into actionable deliverables for either Product Development (PD), Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), pricing, or general marketing projects. Develop and maintain forward-looking and growth oriented product plans linking together the near- and long-term financial targets (i.e. average selling price, volume, and gross margins) of the products within my portfolios.

Responsible for new market growth and expansion in emerging markets worldwide. Collaborate with global manufacturing locations to identify project opportunities that meet the combined capabilities of all locations involved, and develop proposals that offer the best opportunity to win incremental business. Identify target customers for incremental sales growth, especially multinationals with global operations.

Structure and issue large contract bids for project inquiries. After order placement, I managed all facets of the order execution until the order was fulfilled to the owner group.

Supported outside sales team with technical assistance as well as small inquiry quotations.
