I regularly develop and maintain a communication tree to connect a cross-functional team of Contractors, Designers, Owners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ’s). During the course of construction, I apply for and defend supplemental permits from various government agencies as required. I regularly interface with AHJ’s to verify new construction complies with all building codes. I site-manage largescale construction projects nationally and ensure material and install adheres to the construction documents. I often execute outreach programs to minimize the effects of construction activity on the local community. As site manager, I monitor job-site safety and enforce COVID-19 protocols in accordance with CDC and company policy. I conduct regular project meetings and record minutes. I generate detailed construction schedules at macro and micro levels. I receive, review, and track submittals, RFI’s, construction documentation, as well as review and release subcontractor progress invoices and change orders.

As a project engineer, I responded to RFP’s, attended pre-bid meetings, and created estimates and proposals. I vetted subcontractor proposals and procured work from all trades. I assisted in preparing AIA contract documents and exhibits. During the construction cycle I managed document controls including change orders, purchasing, contract administration, and record field changes. I completed detailed progress reports to accompany monthly billing. I created as-builts and compiled warranties and O&M manuals to close out projects and collect retainage. During my tenure with Boyle Construction, I project engineered, project managed or assisted in over 30 projects.
