During this time I completed the duties of all three positions in order to ensure key deliverables were met on time.Successes include completing the yearly Medicaid Cost Report with only two staff members when we normally had five, slashing 10% of unnecessary expenses for the $30 million 2018 budget, and training accounting staff on implementation of the new Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS) accounting/ERP software.
