CurrentManage three teams: Technical Project Management, Release Management and Hong Kong Product Management Technical Project Management - Manage a team of Project Managers spanning Mobile, Web, and Services teams delivering entirely new applications, features, and enhancements to drive guest experience and revenue across our Parks and Cruise Ships. Responsible for all training and best practices traversing areas such as estimation, project planning, risk & issue management, communication planning, financial planning, change control, etc. Mobile Release Management – Manage a team of Release Managers who are responsible for forecast planning, milestone management, risk mitigation & change control, plus forward-planning for new iOS & Android applications.• Process control from feature ideation to launch.• Jira expertise from standards to dashboards.• Legal, privacy, regulatory, financial (SOX), and accessibility guidance.• Financial integration testing, integration and regression testing coordination.• Go No/Go process, GTM planning, Launch control, and hyper care planning.Hong Kong Product Management – Manage a team of Product Managers that act as the business and product liaison between domestic technology teams and Hong Kong Disneyland mobile app and web application experiences. Responsible for developing new digital experience concepts and executing these initiatives in collaboration with operations, marketing, consumer insights, creative design, analytics, and software engineering teams.
