Coral, part of the Gala Coral Group, is the third largest Betting Retailer with the UK with over 1700 shops UK wide.Reporting to the Operational Resourcing Manager, this role involved:- Providing a high level of service to 18 key stakeholders across 400+ Coral business units from South Wales up to the North East- Managing end to end recruitment processes for all vacancies within retail shops, from entry level positions to mid management- Direct sourcing using candidate management system (i-Grasp) along other attraction techniques including, job boards, social media and headhunting- Facilitating and assessing at Area Management level assessment centres.- Building strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring first point of contact for all recruitment queries- Support colleagues with project work where appropriate, including designing new processes, strategy and planning

- Provided full 360 recruitment cycle support to Coral Area Managers across all 1,600+ business units

- Provided high levels of administrative support to Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Managers across each division within the group
