Daniel has been working in the fashion business since 2012. From assisting in curation in Vogue Spain, to design and patternmaking roles in enterprises such as Aitor Throup or Sybilla. He has worked as a teacher in the arts in various Art and Design Schools (Sustainability, illustration, fashion projects and patternmaking) on his latest years he has been focused on sales related roles such as E-KAM and Wholesale Director for Hemper and as a Consultant for ICEX Spain after an MBA in International Commerce. A long time I thought not being a specialist in something and having a colorful CV is a disadvantage. In the last 7 years I learnt, that in the right environment, being a generalist is a huge advantage. Working with startups shows me, how important it is to be flexible and open for new challenges every day. I have experiences in various fields (academics, design, eCommerce, sales, sustainability and sustainable design, art direction, SEO, SEM, patternmaking, fashion and product design, curation, in sales, and in international trade, exports and digital marketing). But I probably would get a bit bored, only working in one of them.
