Leveraged big data analytics to create innovative new programs in support of CVS's retail pharmacy business, and led all phases of program development from ideation to implementation.Impacted included:- Created new programs to improve customer retention of the ~10M prescriptions that CVS acquires annually- Created analytic models to help finance and senior leadership craft the strategy for CVS’s $13B Medicare Part D retail pharmacy business- Managed operations of the annual Medicare Part D plan comparison program - Led standardization of cross-functional processes in response to insurance plan changes with a ~3.5M Rx impact in 2014- Co-led development of strategy to serve customers new to Medicare Part D, and managed implementation of a 20-store ‘transition to Medicare Part D’ program pilot

Led analytics across multiple client engagements, serving hospitals ranging from ~500 bed independent facilities to systems with >$2BN in annual net revenue.Impact included:a. Leveraged big data analytics to identify opportunity in hospital pricing/reimbursement negotiations (identified ~$1M gap to market median pricing across top 5 IP DRGs and OP CPTs for a medium-sized hospital) b. Led analytics for a hospital shared services/outsourcing study across 9 administrative functions, and identified $3M+ annual impact for a ~500 bed hospitalc. Built products that can be easily deployed for multiple clients to rapidly identify savings opportunities across margins, clinical quality, and pricing leversd.
