 Represent the Sutton Center to the general public and in private meetings and conferences across the country. TV, radio, print, and professional conferences appearances.  Various committees and meetings on education and conservation topics.  Educate the public on conservation topics impacting Oklahoma.  Over 20,000 in-person interactions in 2023 with over 2,000 of those being in small group tours to the center, off-site programs, and classroom visits.  Eagle camera Oversee equipment purchase and installation as well as video hosting and website integration for suttoncenter.org in addition to feeds on Twitch and YouTube while in season. (currently off-season) Bald Eagle Survey Team Recruit and train volunteers to monitor over 300 nesting sites across the state.  Manage and train live birds for display and flight programs.  Chamber design and maintenance, animal acquisition, diet preparation, health checks, medical care (guided by a contracted veterinarian), training, transport, and presentation.  Obtained professional training and mentorships through IAATE (International Association of Avian Trainers and Educators) as well as local falconers, rehabbers, and professional resources. Obtain and maintain education permits through USFW and USDA for all birds. Keep detailed records of all bird’s health, enrichment, and programs for reports to regulating agencies as well as for board and grant reporting purposes.  Managed birds include red-tailed hawk, great horned owl, Narragansett turkeys, golden pheasant, masked bobwhite quail, greater prairie chicken, a flock of Cochin hens, and the most recent addition of a crested caracara. Recruit, train, and manage interns and volunteers for various programs.  Assist with Attwater’s prairie chicken and masked bobwhite transfers. Assist with community field projects and bird counts. Assist with social media content generation and moderation.

Daniel is lead trainer for Sutton’s ambassador program, including: a red-tailed hawk, a great horned owl, two Narragansett turkeys, a golden pheasant, and two bobwhite quails. A greater prairie chicken will be added in the first quarter of 2022. Daniel is managing the education staff and is in charge of expanding the volunteer outreach program. Training GE (July 2020 to current) Responsible for knowledge of and training on all aspects of the business.  Provide onboarding and training for new employees. Operations Coach (Call Center Supervisor) (December 2014 to July 2020) Manage for diverse roles and provide structured guidance and development to insure employees have the resources and training needed to be successful. Responsible for daily payroll, administrative, and HR decisions. Import, analyze, and evaluate historical data and reporting to maintain consistency and ensure accountability to business guidelines and procedures to drive results. Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting and presentations.Team Lead (November 2013 to December 2014) Manage a team of 10-20 employees with varying skills, tenures, and backgrounds.  Provide feedback and training in real time while assisting in issue resolution. Manage time and staffing to provide consistent training and development. Work with leadership to coordinate and execute incentives and activities.Quality Assurance Specialist (August 2011 to November 2013) Coordinate and perform inspections; ensure adherence to policies and standards.  Investigate behaviors, analyze trends, make recommendations and follow up. Maintain and improve a standardized legal disclosure process which has been integrated throughout all O&O and OS sites, worldwide.  Work with local resource and command center to update onboarding process, rank agents, and schedule teams based on staffing needs.CSC CS/Tech/FS/Doctor Dish Advanced Tech (February 2010 to August 2011) Provide support to direct and partner customers, vendors, and installers.
