● Review and analyze aged receivables reports and system information to determine priority of tenant contacts for a portfolio of seven malls● Perform collection calls on base rents and other charges on assigned tenant accounts pursuant to established department policies and procedures● Provide customer service to both tenants and internal customers including: Leasing, Asset Management, Mall Management etc.● Prepare interpretation of lease language for review by Manager for response to tenant inquiries● Recommend action to management (default, litigation, etc.). for tenants who do not remit payment● Utilizing best available tools, reconcile accounts, including the proper allocation of cash to charges● Perform follow-up actions on a timely basis to ensure tenant commitments aremet● Identify tenant issues and resolve or escalate in a timely manner● Work with JDE and Salesforce
