Throughout my time at Harbeth I have been trained to assemble complete speaker cabinets and prepare them for shipping. Before Christmas 2019, I was trained to test tweeters, bass units and crossovers against a selected reference.In early 2020 I was trained to completely hand-build 8 inch 200S XD bass units inhouse from start to finish. I worked throughout the pandemic to keep our production capacity as high as possible. In 2021 my training was compounded further as I was been trained to build our 5 inch 110 bass units.In addition I had a responsibility to pick spares from BOM's and then pack & dispatch to UK customers and distrutors worldwide.

I worked the PM shift as an assembler at Honeywell/Trend. Working in groups of 5 we assembled and tested TR42 wall modules used in hotels to control air conditioning.

I worked a temporary metal finisher role at Cirrus Laser. I prepared parts in batches of a few hundred for shipping once they’ve been cut. This involved reaming, hand sanding and linishing.

I worked as a production operative for an international aromatherapy oil manufacturer called First Natural Brands. We worked in pairs to ensure that bottles of essential oils are correctly filled and labelled within a tolerance given to us. I gained a working knowledge of the Flexicon FF30 filler and the Advanced Dynamics ELF50 labeller.

I briefly worked part-time through an agency for DPD. I worked together with a team to ensure that parcels were accounted for and sorted to their correct routes for drivers to deliver.

I completed 10 months of temporary work as a full-time maintenance engineer working nights. My task would be to restore the expected performance of large supermarket refrigerators.

My responsibilities included helping customers with their enquiries, performing sales transactions, aiding the upkeep of the store and assisting the manager.
