Human Resources Manager
CurrentCollaborates to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.Supervise and lead a team of Recruiters and HR Generalists in HR day-to-day responsibilities. Regularly troubleshoot and resolve personnel issues, systems issues or vendor performance through root cause analysis. Partner with the Sr. Leadership team and Executive leaders to support special projects, report out on regular data and information requests and monitor employee engagement and turnover. Responsible for all compliance based requirements for organization that currently operates in 35 states across the United States. Primary point of contact and lead on special projects that include but are not related to business growth and development, M&A activity and strategic development for the organization. Identifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, employee engagement & surveys, and employee incentive programs.In partnership with the larger human resource team, assists with resolution of compensation and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.Responsible for evaluating, researching, and determining vendors the organization would like to partner with to support all areas of human resources which include recruiting & talent management, benefits, compensation, HRIS, reporting, compliance, safety, training & development etc. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and employment law requirements for over 1,500 employees across 35 states in the United States. This includes regular review of employee handbooks, policy generation and regular compliance review. Lead the Corporate Human Resources team when Sr. Director is out of office.Performs other duties as assigned.
