As Method & Tools Engineer, I am responsible of the development of automation processes utilizing Python and other relevant tools. My key responsibilities included:o Conducting comprehensive data acquisition through API and/or MS Sharepoint, followed by meticulous processing utilizing the Pandas library. This processed data was subsequently employed for Power BI visualization in various projects of Indonesia telecommunication providers.o Executing a seamless transition of Dataiku flows and Tableau visualization to Pandas and Power BI for projects spanning Oceania and South East Asia.o Designing and implementing an automated email reminder system for project team members by leveraging Pandas and MS Power Automate.o Pioneering the creation of automated workflows for both new and existing reports, ensuring timely updates through the utilization of Pandas.

Perform web/mobile application testing by executing test cases, submitting bug reports, recording pictures or nvideos for bug evidences and recreated bugs, communicating with team members and test team leads regarding the project.

As SME for TSEL project, I am responsible for supporting projects through tools provided/developed byEricsson such as:o Extracting and compiling Excel data from projects to be used in MS Access for projects progress andtargets.o Create custom Excel reports for projects using existing tool (Sitehandler).o Troubleshoot data synchronization in web-based Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) Geo system for projects.o Develop web application for project’s assignment creation using Code Igniter as framework.o Taking on a proactive role in training project team members on the proper usage of tools, ensuring a cohesiveunderstanding and optimized utilization across the board

As SME for XL project, I am responsible for supporting projects through tools provided/developed byEricsson such as:o Develop, implement, and maintain hardware check request web module for Issue Handling & Alarm Tracking project using existing tool (Sitehandler)o Train project’s members on how to properly use the tools.o Actively help users in resolving obstacles regarding the tools.
