CurrentConstruction Director for Fujitec UKLeadership and Management- Oversee all construction and installation projects nationwide, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards- Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and installation technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Project Planning & Execution- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies.- Co-ordinate with sales, design, procurement and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution.Stakeholder Engagement- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.Quality & Safety- Ensure all projects comply with health ands safety regulations and industry standards.- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest level of craftmanship and operational efficiency.Innovation& Sustainability:- Champion the adoption of new technologies and sustainable practices in project execution- Lead initiatives to enhance the energy efficiency and environmental impact of installed systems
