I have tried cases to juries, judges and arbitration panels. I have represented clients in front of administrative judges and before mediators. I have handled cases involving breach of contract, business disparagement, non-compete agreements, fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, legal malpractice, wrongful death, libel, slander, trespass and other claims.I have lived in Austin for more than 40 years. My law practice spans the entire State of Texas; however, the majority of my cases are right here in Austin. I have significant knowledge of the history of Austin and the individuals who structured the city we live in today.
