A bit of a change for me. Mud Bay is a wonderful company in many ways. First off they are truly dedicated to the health and well being of any and every pet in every single persons home! To prove this they have a vet. on staff that spends all her time learning new and improved sciences on nutrition and health care. She also spends her time writing large detailed information packets for the employees to learn, so they can then pass that information to the customers in such a way to help them make informed decisions on how they should proceed for each specific need their pet encounters. I loved this job. I saved many animals lives, and I made a few animals a lot more comfortable in their final days.

Performed virus removal, hardware & software troubleshooting, new system builds, old system upgrades, disassembling laptops for diagnosis & repair, and speak customers about the best route to take based on their system. In addition to assigned duties, also continually improved upon our technical documentation to make the workplace more efficient. On my personal time, I went to local businesses and spoke with employees and owners to establish relationships and improve our customer base.

Helped the owner with data entry and basic administrative duties. Organized his internet login information, personal contacts and info, etc., thus creating a unit that was much more user-friendly and personalized for him (having practically no experience himself on any type of computer). I researched, recommended, and installed (when necessary) software best geared towards his business and tasks. I also worked as his personal art designer, taking photos, creating logos, posters, and fliers.
