Alliance & Advocacy Team and Management TeamMonitored and reporting on the human rights situation and genocide concerns in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Greece. - Assisting the Alliance and Advocacy team with projects, including a working group on the genocide of the Hazaras in Afghanistan. - Researching and writing country reports for policymakers on assigned countries. - Compiling a database of contact information for congressional staff, NGOs, and foreign government staff to ensure our Genocide Alerts are being sent to the applicable people. - Overseeing our Congressional Outreach team and interns. Currently acting as Director of Development at Genocide Watch. - Developing a fundraising program and infrastructure for Genocide Watch to support and grow our work.- Building and directing the new fundraising and development team.- Member of the Management Team, which oversees and directs the organization.

- Assisted Development Team with research and donor prospecting and identifying grants to fund international development work. Created fundraising documents to provide prospective donors with information on our work and programs. - Screened and researched corporations for a new corporate giving program. - Worked to produce and edit materials for corporate giving program.

- Researched and wrote briefing documents on a variety of issues including targeted violence prevention, legislator’s position on violent extremism policy, and an extensive project on targeted violence and extremism in the UK. - Conducted research and provided ongoing support to a program operating in the United Kingdom in partnership with the US Embassy in London and multiple English universities. - Tracked incidents of political violence in the United States and potential funding opportunities.- Assisted in producing materials for targeted violence symposia and national security programming.

- Fielded phone calls from constituents, logged their comments and casework, and worked to organize constituent mail. Worked with the district office to get constituents' casework with federal agencies resolved.- Researched and wrote policy briefing documents for staff on a variety of issues. Attended briefings and committee hearings to take notes for staff. Researched and compiled grant opportunities to fund various infrastructure projects in the district. Wrote briefing documents on these grants for local organizations and governments. - Wrote remarks for the Congressman and assisted the press assistant with numerous writing projects. Worked with press assistant to draft social media posts.

Co-founder and Director of the nonprofit speaker series, Leaders in Lowell. Leaders in Lowell aims to inspire the next generation of leaders, educate our community on pressing issues, and connect the greater Lowell community with information, leaders, and each other.- Coordinate and plan events through researching, contacting, and working with speakers to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.- Manage organization budget by forming yearly and event budgets, fundraising, grant-writing, and allocating funds to specific projects.- Produce all marketing materials for organization and events, run social media campaigns, and press outreach to raise the organization’s public profile and reach.- Facilitate community outreach by organizing meetings with local and national nonprofits, elected officials, and community members, while also overseeing local and national partnerships, to further advance our impact in the community.Past speakers include former Governor Deval Patrick, Gov. - Oversaw front-of-house operations such as completing customer transactions, answering phones, keeping the entire store stocked, and customer service interactions to ensure daily operations ran smoothly. Also implemented and enforced new COVID-19 safety procedures.
