I help in-house legal teams to resolve commercial disputes and to obtain urgent injunctions. I am a Partner and the Bristol Office Location Head of the international law firm DAC Beachcroft. I am also the department head of the Professional and Commercial Risk group in Bristol - a group of over one hundred professional indemnity lawyers, commercial litigators and claims handlers.The commercial litigation part of the team that I sit in (tier 1 ranked by Chambers for The South West) handles complex litigation. We specialise in dealing with injunctions, especially Freezing Orders, Search Orders and injunctions dealing with the misuse of confidential information and data loss.However, we also help in-house legal teams with managing their caseload of lower value disputes and complaints (which often require pragmatic and efficient solutions).I work in most industry sectors, although I have a particular interest in financial services, telecommunications and health.
