I currently lead the Partner Digital Experience product management team that support Salesforce’s Partner Community. 90% of our customers work with or rely on Salesforce partners. My team supports Consulting & Implementation Partners (200k+ certified experts), AppExchange solutions (5k apps, 11M+ installs), Resellers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Salesforce Partner Community serves as the front door to our ever-growing partner ecosystem. The team’s ongoing vision and charter is to build a frictionless, connected ecosystem of personalized tools, resources, and a community that enables our partners to focus on delivering customer value while growing their business. We continually seek to improve the partner experience by investing in process automation and process improvement. We aim to be a showcase of Salesforce-on-Salesforce by adopting our own products as Customer Zero.My product team, in partnership with engineering, design, operations, Alliances & Channels, focuses on:- Experience Cloud based Partner Portal at partners.salesforce.com- Sign-up and Onboarding experiences and operational processes with Salesforce Flows- Partner Learning and Enablement tools leveraging Salesforce CMS- Back-end process efficiency initiatives to improve customer and partner satisfaction- Trailblazer Scorecard & Benefits Management - a performance incentive and management tool for all partners to grow in the ecosystem- Discovery around Salesforce’s Loyalty Management tool as a Salesforce-on-Salesforce use case- Partner Collaboration with Chatter and led product discovery and strategy for Slack adoption- Partner Admin tools, access management, authentication and authorization technology- Launched the modernized deal registration, lead/opportunity management, and implementation project management tools built with Lightning Web Components (LWCs)- Information Architecture, Site Navigation, Cookie Consent Management- Experience with community analytics powered by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager- Continually deliver Partner Operations improvements and enhancementsI'm passionate about all things agile, continuous improvement, and championing product management best practices within my team.
