Worked on the Future of Work team where we had the challenge of improving and promoting a healthy environment for iFood delivery partners.- Responsible for the expansion of our support points project where I performed the commercial interface with strategic partners such as networks of large shopping malls, gas stations, city halls with the purpose of expanding the project in strategic places for the company.- Responsible for the analysis/BI of the reports and KPI's of our area for decision making, periodic analysis of performance, results and impact against the goals established by the company.- Constant use of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks for analysis and creation of analytical dashboards to share with the team and related areas.- Management and monitoring of suppliers for purchase negotiations and creation of new business models.- Creation of business plans for greater adherence, capillarity, expansion of the support points project.- Extensive relationship with the areas of marketing, public policies, public relations, legal in order to enable and improve the project of support points.- Focal point and leader of AVUS, a business partner of benefits for the delivery crew. In my position I worked with the PCs reseller manager at HP Inc. Working for the purpose of developing the sales channels and boost their sell out, up-sell and monitoring/assisting opportunities, pipeline of these channels.I was also one of the owners for the HP Connect tool in Brazil. The tool is a LATAM opportunity deal registration portal for our partners where they bring high volume deals. It has access to a vast database regarding the commercial channels and HP products pipeline, sell out, volume quotations.Another point is that the tool is used to promote the HP brand, products and those of our partners, along with the marketing team. I have helped on the creation and implementation of the tool which later was exported to other Latin America countries due to its success.Another project that I was part of is the Business Intelligence project. We developed dashboards and analytics with Power BI so our planning and execution were guided by data. One of the purposes of the project was to identify improvements and patterns by using data.In addition, I also had a business relationship with HP distributors, partners and customers.
