I am currently the Data Operations Team Lead at RxBenefits. I lead a team of nine data analysts, and we are responsible for managing the inbound and outbound transmission, as well as integrity, of all member eligibility data. Some of my other responsibilities include the following: establishing new data connections for new and existing clients; ensuring that I am familiar with the many facets of our business; working with external vendors to troubleshoot complex data-related issues; coaching the analysts who report to me; analyzing and manipulating data that is received in hundreds of different formats (eg pipe delimited, 834, csv, etc.); developing process enhancements that will lead to increased efficiencies. I enjoy being part of a team and working with data.
