I prototype hardware systems using SOLIDWORKS and KiCAD, and manufacture through JLCPCB and within a 3D-printing/soldering lab. Projects include form/factor UI/UX design for functional prototypes with 3D-printed and aluminum frames, and a high-speed 24-bit ADC system with EMI, trace impedance, and ground plane optimization on a 4-layer PCB. System integrates an ESP32 SoC, ADC with SPI protocol, USB-C, and analog signal attenuation, designed to interface with the RP2040 SoC.

Working with Prof. Intriligator at IDEALab and Tufts Solar Vehicle Project on manufacturing, parts sourcing, CAD/eCAD design, prototyping, and assembly of electrical and mechanical components. Designing ESP32 SoC-based systems with I2C/SPI protocols, optimizing circuit schematics and PCBs in KiCAD for RF, EMI, and reduced layer count, and developing a vehicle dashboard optimized for 3D-print/laser-cut manufacturing.
