Hello, I am Danny Sitzman. I am a sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where I’m majoring in Management and building a strong foundation in business leadership and strategic thinking. My experiences so far have taught me the importance of adaptability, responsibility, and clear communication. From overseeing course maintenance at The Hawthorns to my role as a peer mentor at Kelley, I’ve learned how vital attention to detail and a collaborative approach are to achieving success, whether it’s creating a high-quality environment for golfers or supporting freshman students in their transition to college life.As Risk Manager and Philanthropic Member in Phi Delta Theta, I’ve developed a strong sense of accountability and gained skills in project coordination, fostering an environment that prioritizes both safety and positive community impact. Leading my high school baseball team as captain instilled in me the importance of resilience and teamwork, values I carry forward in all areas of my life. I’m eager to connect with others who are passionate about leadership, mentorship, and creating meaningful change.
