My duties include overseeing facility operations, maintaining and setting up equipment for various recreational activities and events, and assisting with daily logistics. I provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, enforcing facility policies, and promoting a positive experience for students and visitors. This role has enhanced my skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As an Audio Technician, I Emceed and mixed music for weddings, company parties, and social events throughout Minnesota, delivering high-quality audio experiences that elevated each event's atmosphere. My role demanded precise technical skills in sound mixing, equipment management, and live event coordination. Additionally, I negotiated contracts to perform with various Tulane University organizations and venues in New Orleans, showcasing strong business development and communication abilities. This position allowed me to combine technical expertise with client relations and logistics coordination, enhancing my skills in delivering exceptional service in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

I served as a Pool Technician responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools. I performed precise testing and balancing of water chemistry, conducted thorough inspections and repairs of pool equipment, and ensured all operations met strict safety regulations. This position honed my technical troubleshooting abilities and sharpened my attention to detail. Working under tight schedules enhanced my time management skills and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments. Regular interactions with clients improved my customer service and communication skills, as I provided them with safe and enjoyable swimming experiences. As a Remote Sales and Marketing Intern at Greek House, a leading fortune 500, custom apparel company specializing in fraternity and sorority merchandise, I gained hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that increased brand visibility and drove sales growth. This role enhanced my skills in client relationship management, strategic planning, and remote teamwork.

One of my most influential job experiences has been as a sales associate and a DJ for Midwest Sound on weekends. Midwest Sound helps to organize exceptional audio quality for weddings, company parties, and other social events. Working on the sales team I gained lots of industry expertise as well as phone handling skills that can be useful in any career that requires exceptional customer service. Working as a self-contracted DJ for Midwest Sound also required additional efforts to emcee and organize the events we provide services for.

My experience at Chipotle helped me to establish interpersonal and customer service skills working at the restaurant in the Stillwater area. My role included working the grill, making dishes, and operating the cash register. These tasks among others that were required to run the establishment served as one of my first job experiences after high school and helped me to learn valuable skills I still use to this day.
