I create experiences to enable individuals and groups to demonstrate more excellence, more often.Based in Shanghai 2007-2015 and now between there and Brisbane, I develop and deliver best-in-class experiences in Neuro-Linguistic Programming across the region. These include:- Formal training in NLP (Practitioner, Master Practitioner and the Graduate Certificate in NLP),- Applications of NLP to specific groups (eg Executives, Educators, Entrepreneurs, Health care professionals).These bespoke events are highly interactive, experiential and customized to the demands of the individuals attending, whether delivery be in English or Chinese.While I have trained directly all the major leaders in the field of NLP, and certified as a trainer by both Co-founders, Dr John Grinder and Richard Bandler, my work is particularly influenced by Dr John Grinder's "New Code NLP", with whom I have co-trained on several events.I also consult on topics related to entrepreneurship, innovation management, and the development of talent and expertise.
