I am an IT Help Desk Technician at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, where I support the organization's IT Department by providing remote and onsite technical support for the organization's employees. I also organize and complete IT projects for the department and provide direct support for our local server stack. I am pursuing new opportunities as I seek further development in both my education and in the IT profession.With over 5 years of help desk experience, I have developed skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and deploying desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and smartphones, as well as proficiencies in using Active Directory, Azure, AWS and IBM MaaS360. I have contributed to projects involving mobile device management, account management and security projects, and widespread infrastructure projects involving the replacement of firewalls, switches and other major IT equipment. I use my proven experiences in treatment services, frontline expertise and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technological issues and ensure our agency devices and services are best serving our employees and clients.
