Working as a consultant within Vizeum's Strategy Team, I connected Aegis Media's research company (aevolve) to Vizeum's strategists and planners, driving revenue through sales of research products and services, and ensuring insight sat at the heart of Vizeum's work for its clients

Founder member of the UK team for this brilliant Mobile start-up which, alas, was ahead of its time.Blyk was the mobile phone network for 16-24 year olds that gave its members free texts and minutes, while delivering targeted, relevant messages from brands that funded their mobile usage. In my role as Head of Strategy & Insight, I positioned Blyk as an effective youth medium that revolutionised both the mobile industry and the way advertisers thought about and used mobile. I developed the core narrative for advertisers and agencies, embedding it within sales collateral and pitches, leading educational and strategic workshops internally and externally, and evangelising as a speaker and panellist at large industry events.

Joined major, national media owner Maiden Outdoor as Marketing Manager, running a department of 11, including brand teams, research and a creative design studio. When Titan purchased Maiden, I oversaw the rebranding of the company and restructured marketing department in line with the new business requirements I had identified, transforming an average commercial team into shortlisted candidates for Sales Team of the Year
