Hello friends! Here is a little story about me…I was raised in Florida and born in Tacoma, WA, but being a military family, we were always on the move! After High School, I didn't attend college, but moved to Nashville to make a change, and to seek opportunity in the restaurant field. I was constantly exposed to new changes and having to adapt to new states, towns, and schools. Oftentimes, this was a little chaotic but I believe this is what makes me love the restaurant industry, where every day is different and provides its own sets of challenges. I am grateful to have found my niche in Nashville because this city is constantly growing in diversity, and is all about fostering community. With my family roots being Panama and Trinidad & Tobago, my household always had food that was always rich and full of flavor. Having a meal was the foundation of our family, it's what brought us together and is how we share our culture with others. This hospitality, in its true form, is where my inspiration began.Being in this industry for 8+ years now, I started as a Dishwasher to being a General Manager, Area Supervisor, and a Director of Training. I love the path that I have walked and am excited to see where it leads next!
