After completing various internships at public accounting firms, I realized my passion for helping others achieve their career goals. I am currently launching my career as a recruiter as an Account Manager at CPA by Choice, a professional staffing and recruitment firm specialized in senior to executive level searches in the Accounting and Finance industries. I am also a motivational speaker, serving as a speaker in various workshops for student organizations about topics in career, leadership, and professional development, and a career coach, serving as a mentor to many students. In addition, I also serve as a consultant for business startups, sharing my knowledge in formulating business plans, strategic plans, and business development.I am actively involved in several professional and philanthropic organizations. Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors of ALPFA Miami as the Director of New Student Chapter Development, helping launch student chapters at the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University. I am also involved in other organizations such as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in its Leadership Miami program, the Doral Toastmasters as a member, and Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Big Brother and campus spokesperson.I received my Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University in 2010. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Accounting at Florida International University and I will be graduating in 2012.
