After completing my PhD in engineering in medical research, I was CTO of a successful consumer medical device startup for five years.I then lead a team of brilliant people responsible for managing data at Kogan.com, one of Australia's biggest online retailers. Over eight years we have transformed from running on spreadsheets to best practice data with SAP, and interactive Business Intelligence with the latest data warehousing and Tableau visualisations.I’m now managing director of Dashlytix, a company that provides business intelligence software and solutions to businesses so that they can maximise user of their data to make better and more profitable decisions.
