Leveraged Pentaho BI (Pentaho Server and Data Integration) and the Microsoft Stack (SQL DB and PowerBI) to deliver near real-time insights across multiple retail brands (Boost Juice, Salsas, Betty’s Burgers and Cibo Espresso), enhancing operational intelligence and efficiencies. Promoted a data-driven culture and self-service analysis through end-user workshops and introduced agile workflows using Jira.

Delivered BI solutions using SSIS, SSRS and Power BI. Developed data pipelines and collaborated with business units across the organisation. Provided operational insights and improvements, focusing on enhancing RACT’s member value and experience. Participated in a cloud migration project from on-premise to Snowflake through initial POC phases.
