I designed and curated evidence-based programmes for educators, youths and our corporate partners. These included in-person training programmes and e-learning courses.

Key Achievements:- My team and I have successfully prepared 400+ Mentors and 450+ Mentees for their mentorship journeys. The preparatory training executed was one that I helped to co-design. - Successfully engaged 2000+ youths through through programmes such as the Student Leadership Challenge (SLC), Habitudes, the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and customised leadership programmes for Student Leaders.

My role was to incubate ideas for transformative experiences through mentorships. I was also involved in Impact Measurement for our Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Mentoring programmes. MENTORING PROGRAMMES- Curated and developed content for Halogen's Mentoring programmes, leading to it to be adopted by partners such as LinkedIn, Oliver Wyman, Deloitte, DBS Bank, Credit Suisse, AON, Nanyang Technological University, Tan Chong International Limited and a combined partnership with the Singapore Institute of Technology and Young NTUC.CSR ENGAGEMENTS- Successfully engaged 500+ corporate volunteers with young people through curated programmes such as the LinkedIn Career Conversations and Career Round Tables with Stripe and DBS Bank. These programmes have raised the confidence of 490+ youths to navigate their careers and personal branding.IMPACT MEASUREMENT- Involved in data collection, survey design and data analysis for Halogen's Entrepreneurship and Mentoring Programmes - Provided over 25 in-depth reports for the Entrepreneurship Team resulting in evidence-based consultations with teachers to further develop competencies in youths, and continual support for volunteering for CSR initiatives.- Provided over 15 in-depth reports for the Mentoring Team resulting continued partnerships between over 8 institution and corporate partners.RESEARCH- Actively involved in research about the youth space and trends to ensure relevant content of programmes.

As a trainer/facilitator, I was part of a team that executed over 150 teambuilding events and added value to organisations by engaging them in conversations that revolve around high performing teams. This included addressing values, interpersonal relationships and behaviours of high performing teams using activities and carefully crafted debriefs.These organizations include LTA Singapore, Enterprise Singapore, LEGO, Abbott Laboratories, MOM Singapore, MFA Singapore, Baccarat International PTE LTD and PetroChina.

I conceptualised frameworks that ultimately allowed my clients to have transformative experiences. I created, redesigned and executed these teambuilding sessions.I initiated creating the company's LinkedIn page and managed the online content it. I also managed the logistics of the company.

I redesigned and executed Time Out Programmes and camps for over 60+ at-risk youths. In my time at RCS, I was intimately involved with youth mentoring for personal development. I was also involved in executing programmes that help build confidence and resilience in young people, and give thing youths perspective to purposeful living.
