Overall responsibility at a senior level for ISO and other compliance across the group including:• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 – took on an existing Quality & Environmental Management System and implemented improvements including the upgrade to the ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards. Ongoing management of internal/external audits, objectives, environmental aspects, impacts, risk, and compliance.• ISO 45001 – led a successful project to attain compliance to the ISO 45001:2019 standard from scratch, with no existing company experience in the field. Took courses including DSE assessment and IOSH Managing Safely to gain understanding. Ongoing management of internal/external audits including H&S audits, objectives, and quality compliance.• ISO 22301 - led a successful project to attain compliance to the ISO 22301:2012 Business Continuity Management standard from scratch, with no existing company experience in the field. Successfully completed and passed the exam for the BSI ISO 22301 Lead Implementer qualification. Implemented improvements including the upgrade to ISO 22301:2019, and managed exercises, objectives, and business continuity plans.For all of the above standards, I also led successive projects to widen the scope of the accreditations to cover the company’s office in Lowestoft including internal and 3rd party assessments against the applicable standards. Contract value of £42,000,000.• 2019 - Sole involvement and primary client contact for a successful bid to provide Marine Superintendency service to UK MoD Defence Supply Chain Operations & Movements (DSCOM). Approximate contract value £250,000.• 2019-2020 - Bid lead for a successful bid to provide ship management services to Nuclear Transport Solutions for three specialised INF-3 class nuclear cargo carriers. Contract value of £59,000,000.
