Based out of our IT Team, I review business processes to identify areas for positive change, creating output reports in formats such as PowerPoint, Visio and PDF. After investigating the problem statement or user story, I formulate potential tactical solutions, focusing on process improvement, technological change, reporting and automation (with an eye to balancing cost versus benefit). Subsequently, I present the potential solutions to stakeholders to both inform on potential changes and promote improvements.I take a PMO role in longer-term projects, working on a successful lending system upgrade and digital journey project. This also involves offering support to front-line users.

I co-ordinate with our finance managers across the globe to resolve their queries in relation to the payments system and group cash management policy.I build descriptive reports and create informative graphs to represent data efficiently.I form engaging presentations and deliver to various levels of management.I am responsible for certain audit procedures, confirming users with access to group payments have the correct access and verifying that there are no SOD issues.I monitor our relationships with Third Party Banks and work with DLL entities in various countries to reduce our risk profile and inform on cash management procedure. This is a high risk area with exposures in the millions.

I was part of a two person team responsible for the implementation of an entirely new system to report to the Central Credit Register. I personally reviewed, updated, corrected and validated information on 16,500 customer records in an extremely tight time frame. This also involved going over previously corrected records to adjust them as project requirements evolved. As part of the team, I coordinated with the developers responsible for creating our automated system to report to the CCR to ensure that the solution met DLL's business needs. I was also responsible for documenting all actions taken in course of the project and responsible for taking minutes at all meetings in order to keep stakeholders informed. This resulted in the project being successfully implemented with the software ready to meet all reporting requirements and all stages documented for audit purposes.
