As an undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of Arkansas, I guide and support students in their learning and assignments for two courses: Computing Methods for Industrial Engineers and Probability and Stochastic Processes. I also grade assignments, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of performance.I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Analytics, with a passion for applying mathematical and analytical skills to solve real-world problems. I have been recognized as the 2022 ArcBest Outstanding Freshman, and have maintained a 3.96 GPA.In addition to my academic achievements, I have also gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills through my internships at Pine Cove, a Christian summer camp. As a leadership intern, I managed, mentored, and instructed over 40 college staff, and oversaw the personal and professional development of each team member.I am eager to learn more about the industrial engineering field and apply my skills and knowledge to real-world challenges.
