• Review and local implementation of global compliance policies.• Deployment of a training campaign to ensure effective understanding of policies and their impact in the local region.• Development of an internal reporting repository aimed at continuously monitoring various processes in the medical area and assessing compliance within the audit period framework.• Evaluation and optimization of workflows in internal medical area processes to reduce unnecessary delays and reprocessing.• Implementation of compliance and control plans to ensure the highest effectiveness in hiring and interacting with healthcare professionals.• Creation of a PowerBI data dashboard to visualize compliance with KPIs for the medical field team in interactions with healthcare professionals.
