Service Desk Team Lead with strong organisation and IT troubleshooting skills. My role is to lead and manage the Service Desk team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members, including onboarding new starters with organising training sessions to enhance the core and soft skills of team members.Formerly an assistant Wix web developer with a track record in app testing, customer management and marketing. I am also a Creative Computer Games Design graduate with a first degree honours. My main discipline is animation and I am confident animating in Maya and Motion Builder.
