Starting Blocks is a new field leadership training/development program. Four-week program ran every two weeks or as needed, 40-50 trainees a year. Made process improvements that saved thousands of dollars for the program.• Assisted team in producing all company required training for over 100,000 field associates.• Aided manager in yearly planning and staffing decisions, budgetary concerns, training requirements, developing internal processes/applications for team usage, and use of Agile Scrum program for Sprint planning for each developer on team and managers throughout the year.

Manage the Tax Training School in day-to-day operations and functionality of the team. Oversee staffing, forecasting, training, and monthly-to-yearly planning of the department.Actively assess staffing needs, ensuring each member is highly trained and practiced to meet and exceed department needs.Realigned the reporting structure of team to streamline communication and expectations, implemented a new tool in the department, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and now have multiple “bots” working in different systems.Managed the team through a chat platform upgrade and currently in the process of a change of vendor.Oversaw a case management system upgrade.Size of team ranges from 8-11 full-time associates and 2-25 seasonal associates.
