Over the years I have worked in a variety of roles, which have allowed me to develop a number of skills. I can easily work as a member of a team or on my own. I consider myself as a creative person, I have a pretty high ability to think creativly which is coupled with a strong creative problem-solving skill. I can interpret the processes quickly and I can make quick decisions to achieve the desired goals. I am able to coordinate teams comfortably up to maximum of 30-40 people depending on the complexity of the task. There were times when I worked as a one man team so I developed to work in an organized way. I am accurate and reliable and I know my own limits.
