Managed a team of professionals to implement business processes, ERP system configuration, and customized solutions to support production planning, procurement, inventory management, supplier quality management, shipping/logistics, import and export compliance, and after-market maintenance repair and overhaul. Led a team of consultants, business system IT analysts, and functional subject matter experts in the preparation, blueprint, realization, final preparation, go-live, and sustainment phases of the EnCompass SAP and Teamcenter Implementation Project. Responsible for operational delivery of high-volume Mini Data Link (MDL) product-lines representing $350 Million in operations budget. Managed and led a staff of 40 in the planning and execution of program requirements. Communicated with senior management to reach sales and profit targets.

Spearheaded project management processes and Manufacturing Cost Account Manager (CAM) including initiating, planning, monitoring/controlling, executing, and closing project phases in Operations for the FAB-T program, which had a $50 Million operations budget. Became adept at negotiation, proposal management, risk management, and earned value management. Implemented and utilized the Line of Balance Tool for successful process improvement.

Performed as team-lead in diverse aspects of operations management in the Utah Client Advisory Center office. Designed metrics to quantify workflow projects to assist in managing client portfolios as well as staff resource planning and NASD regulatory compliance.

Provided exemplary advisory service and sales support to over 200 clients with $20 Million in assets. Assisted the Northern Utah Region in achieving record quarterly profits in 2005.
