I have fifteen years of experience in the energy industry ten of which in Network Charging modelling and regulation. I regularly advise large customers on issues affecting their charges and explaining why charges have changed.I have taken an active role in a number of regulatory change proposal working groups under both DCUSA and the CUSC, as well as raising a number of modifications I have been a regular attender at DCMF, DCMF MIG, TCMF and National Grid Ops Forums.Was a member of the Targeted Charging review task-force and an an active member of the Access and forward looking charges significant code review challenge groupI am very familiar with the CDCM Distribution Charging Model and the Transmission Tariff and Transport Models, and have an excellent understanding of how they work. I have held an number of forecasting roles responsible for forecasting tariffs for consumer pricing purposes changing the charging models and their inputs to forecast the impacts of modifications that are going through both the DCUSA and CUSC processes.
