Responsibilities include maintaining the Crossover Distribution sales channel in the USA, travel to customers and trade shows to facilitate key relationships, sales and product training to VAR's and end users, and identifying new product lines and assisting Crossover Distribution in obtaining them.

As Managing Director/VP of Sales and Operations for SAF North America, I was responsible for all aspects of the companies operations in the United States and Canada. My responsibilities include management of the sales team, development of key accounts, maintaining distributor relationships, oversight of warehouse operations, communication with board members, liaison between engineering and the customer for custom microwave solutions, and development and execution of a go to market strategy.During this time I oversaw an increase of gross revenue exceeding 20% and a growth of gross profit exceeding 50% of the previous year numbers (which were the best the region had experienced). I also moved the company into a warehouse space 3x larger than the last, signed a new distribution partner (Tessco Technologies) and helped push forward two major OEM partnerships (one as a vendor, one as a customer).

SAF Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAF Tehnika JSC. SAF Services focuses on turnkey implementation of microwave backhaul networks for Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers across the United States and Canada.In my role of Vice President - Project Management I am responsible for coordinating with Business Development and Sales to design, implement, certify, and monitor turnkey microwave networks. My responsibilities include preliminary network design, management of pre-network installation services (Site Survey, Bid Documents, FCC Licensing and Coordination), coordinating and implementing the designed network to customer specification, and certifying and handing over the installed network to the customer. Depending on the services purchased, I may also liaison between the customer and our NOC operations in Denver, Colorado and Riga, Latvia.

SAF Tehnika is a manufacturer of 6-38GHz point-to-point microwave radio systems headquartered in Riga, Latvia. As Sales Manager for the Western USA, I am responsible for identifying and developing the sales channel, creating and executing a sales plan, managing company relationships with key accounts and VAR’s, and forecasting sales into a territory that includes HI, WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, UT, NM, and CO. Additional responsibilities include assisting marketing with materials for FCC markets, providing Tier 1 technical pre/post-sales support to VAR’s when possible, and attend trade shows/conferences.As part of a territory realignment in November 2012, I was also assigned the Southeast territory consisting of MS, AL, GA, SC, FL, PR, and the USVI.

As the Director of Field Engineering at BridgeWave Communications for the Western and Gulf States Regions, I supported 27 State's, 4 Canadian Provinces, CALA (Caribbean and Latin America), and Australia/New Zealand. My responsibilities included:• Work closely with Sales Directors to help qualify new sales leads and educate prospective customers in complex solutions• Establish new, and maintain existing, long-term relationships with customers, VAR’s and Distributors • Manage and interpret customer requirements to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs• Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s in a formal proposal format• Conduct, develop material, and instruct BridgeWave certification training classes• Work with resellers and customers to design complex wireless networks• Troubleshoot field issues while working with BridgeWave technical support• Install and assist customers with BridgeWave installations• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and conferences• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage the customer sales cycle• Understand complex government regulations across the combined territory to facilitate product deployment

3-dB Networks is a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Value Added Distributor (VAD), and integrator of wireless broadband equipment and accessories. Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales engineering support, design, and possibly implementation depending on the project. Shared account management duties with VP of Sales. In charge of writing most of the companies responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s, and RFI’s. Developed new relationships with manufacturers and distributors to lower the company’s product cost and to add new products to the company’s portfolio. Traveled regularly to visit customers, attend trade shows, attend training, or to provide product integration for customers. Responsible on a limited basis to perform field integration of products for customers, including at times climbing towers at heights of up to 200ft. One of the original employees of 3-dB Networks.

Mesa Networks was a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) covering the front range of Colorado, providing internet service to over 7,500 subscribers from over 130 points of presence (POP’s). Hired by Mesa Networks to provide field experience in the new in-house tech support department. During the evening hours, acted as on-duty supervisor and monitored the wireless network. After March of 2007, moved to the tower/infrastructure team responsible for maintaining and building new sites across Northern Colorado. Responsible for finding new POP’s. Upgraded an acquired WISP from the Tranzeo platform to Motorola Canopy. Regularly climbed towers at heights up to 200ft. Provided level 3 technical support to customers. Responsible for installation of key accounts. Left Mesa Networks when the company was acquired to help start 3-dB Networks.

Was an installer for Web Works Wiring, the primary sub-contractor for Mesa Networks. Completed on average 12 Canopy installs a week, including some Tranzeo and KarlNet installers. Also provided on-site technical support for Mesa Networks customers. Left Web Works Wiring to pursue the technical support position with Mesa Networks.

Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany Ga

Personnel clerks perform personnel and general administrative duties utilizing manual and automated information systems to prepare documents, maintain personnel records and input audit and retrieve pay and personnel information. As such, personnel clerks must have knowledge of the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS), which encompasses the on-line Diary System (OLDS), the Unit Diary/Marine Integrated Personnel System (UD/MIPS). Typical duties of personnel clerks include: auditing and making entries in individual service records; auditing service records for required entries and documentation; completion of various personnel and pay related forms and documents; researching proper unit diary entry requirements; reporting transactions into MCTFS via the unit diary; auditing and correcting feedback reports from systems; preparation of individual pond and allotment requests; and performing other duties pertaining to pay and personnel administration as required. Other duties and tasks performed may overlap those performed by administrative clerks, including preparation of naval correspondence and maintenance of correspondence files and directives.
