As Product Owner of the Tnetworks instance of ServiceNow for Telstra InfraCo I have built relationships with key stakeholders and helped them enhance their processes and the ways in which they engage customers and manage their business. Through managing strong vendor relationships I have been able to deliver excellent results regarding BAU support and system enhancements. Outcomes have included digitizing and streamlining manual processes which have led to reductions in overheads and time taken for process fulfillment.
