Work Orders include:o Gathering video sources and media stock and deliver them directly to editors, graphics team, producers, etc.o Sending sources and stock to be duplicated, receiving duplications, checking all information and materials match the specifics of the work order, then deliver in house or to shipping department• Locate NFL Films programming, network games, interviews, and other specific footage in POGA library system, then quickly retrieve sources among the 300,000+ tapes in the vault• Communicate directly with the footage acquisition department when sources have to be licensed and approved for editorial purposes• Create labels for duplicated sources using Rimage CD Designer and Discus labeling software• Degauss and dispose video materials that no longer need to be physically stored in the vault• Virus scan P2 cards, SD cards, and hard drives containing game footage
