Current• Responsible for yearly Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Reporting. Partnering with HRIS to improve a manual process to an automated process of 17k+ candidates annually decreasing the processing time from 3 weeks to 1 week. • Led numerous process improvements and implementations in Workday within Talent Acquisition. These projects include by not limited to: Interview Management, Evidence-Based Interview Feedback, Automating Internal Hiring Process, Conditional Offer, Offer Regeneration, Notification Designer, Onboarding process hand-off to the Onboarding Support Team, Evergreen Requisition Process• Collaborate daily with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for guidance and recommendations on process improvements and Workday Service ticket resolutions.• Consistently researching with Workday Community, testing in multiple platforms such as Workday Sandbox, Workday Preview for process enhancements and troubleshooting.• Created, implemented, and maintain numerous Job Aides, InfoPoint Articles and SharePoint Knowledge Hubs: Talent Acquisition Toolkit – Provides detailed instructions, guidance, and procedures on the “How To’s” of Talent Acquisition.• Sought out by key stakeholders for my ATS knowledge such as The Onboarding Support Team, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, HR Shared Services and other departments. • Triage system support requests daily for Talent Acquisition; Workday Service (Create Case)• Implemented and maintain vendor relationships with multiple third-party agencies.• Maintain Compliance within Talent Acquisition.• Provides training, mentorship, and guidance for multiple positions within Talent Acquisition.
